摘    要:在本试验中,施用氮肥抑制了结瘤大豆的固氮活性。随着施氮肥的增加,大豆以固 N_2得到的氮的百分率降低,而且籽粒产量也随着施肥量的增加而降低。不结瘤大豆则相反,籽粒产量随着施氮肥量的增加而增加。施氮肥对土壤的 A_N 值有影响,但是在一定施肥量范围内,不妨碍用 A_N 值法估计结瘤作物的固 N_2百分率和固N_2量,而且比总 N 差值法所得数据更为合理可靠。

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT RATES OF NITROGEN APPLIED ON ESTIMATES OF NITROGEN FIXATION BY USING AN-VALUE METHOD
Abstract:Nitrogen-fixing activity of nodulating soybean could be inhibited by fertilizer nitrogen applied.Percentage of N derived from fixing N_2 and gra- in yield were reduced with increasing rate of nitrogen applied.However, the result for non-nodulating soybean was on the contrary,grain yield was raised with increasing rate of nitrogen fertilizer applied.Soil AN-value was affected by nitrogen applied.The AN-value method could be used to calculate the amount of nitrogen fixed in a specific range of rates of fer- tilizer nitrogen applied.
