| 摘 要： | 随着最严格水资源管理制度的实施,对水资源利用评价等有关方面研究成为目前的难点、热点问题。在前人研究的基础上,以余姚市为研究对象,构建了水资源利用和谐度评价指标体系,对其相对属性权进行确定。在此基础上,建立了余姚市水资源利用和谐度评价数学模型,并对余姚市2000-2010年11年的水资源利用和谐度进行评价。评价结果表明,余姚市近年来水资源利用是科学、合理的。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of,the most strict water resources management system,the utilization of water resources has become a hot topic.On the basis of previous research,Yuyao City is used as the object of research,water resources’ harmonious degree evaluation index system is constructed.On this basis,the utilization of water resources in Yuyao City and harmonious degree evaluation model is established,and in Yuyao City from 2000 to 2010 water resources adopts harmonious degree evaluation.The evaluation results indicate that,Yuyao City’s utilization of water resources in recent years is scientific and reasonable. |
