| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the actual situation of the teaching work in our college,a study is made to establish a standard for the teaching work and a monitoring system,to improve the teaching quality guaranteeing system,to perfect the education management system,to build a human-oriented management system,to strengthen the teaching process management and to enhance the quality of teaching. |
