福建铁观音茶园土壤中的砷及其向茶叶转移的规律

摘    要:供试茶叶和土壤样品各144个,采自福建省铁观音茶叶主产区安溪、华安、永春.茶园表层土壤(0-25 cm)的全砷含量为0.33-53.41 mg.kg-1,平均7.39 mg.kg-1,土壤母质和土壤对全砷含量均有一定的影响;土壤有效砷含量为0.006-2.059 mg.kg-1,平均0.177 mg.kg-1;砷的平均有效度为2.38%,土壤砷的有效度与0.002 mm土壤粘粒含量(r=-0.268**)和有机质含量(r=-0.274**)间均呈极显著线性负相关(n=144,P0.01(150)=0.208);土壤有效砷含量与全砷含量间呈极显著线性正相关(r=0.862**);茶叶砷含量为0.001-0.346 mg.kg-1,平均0.062 mg.kg-1;茶叶砷含量均与土壤全砷(r=0.350**)和有效砷含量((r=0.349**)间呈极显著正相关(n=144,P0.01(150)=0.208);砷的转移系数与土壤全砷或有效砷含量间均呈极显著线性、乘幂、指数、对数相关.

Abstract:The contents of arsenic in 144 Tieguanyin tea leaf samples and the corresponding 144 soil samples collected from the tea plantation in Anxi, Huaan and Yongchun counties in Fujian Province were investigated. The total contents of arsenic in the surface soil (0-25 cm) were in the following ranges: 0. 33-53. 41 mg·kg~(-1) with an average of 7. 39 mg·kg~(-1). The soil parent material and the soil type have certain influence to the total contents of arsenic. The contents of available arsenic in surface soils were: 0. 006-2. 059 mg·kg~(-1) with an average of 0. 177 mg·kg~(-1), respectively. The mean available degree of arsenic was 2. 38%. The soil arsenic availability correlated with <0. 002 mm soil clay content and the organic matters extremely linear negative correlation (r=-0. 268~(**), -0. 274~(**) n=144, P_(0. 01)(150)=0. 208). The available arsenic significantly correlated with the total arsenic (r=0. 862~(**)). The concentrations of arsenic in the tea leaves were: 0. 001-0. 346 mg·kg~(-1) with an average of 0. 062 mg·kg~(-1). The concentrations of arsenic in the tea leaves showed significant correlations with both the total and available arsenic (r=0. 350~(**), 0.349~(**), n=144, P_(0. 01)(150)=0. 208). The arsenic transfer coefficient correlated with total arsenic and available arsenic for the extremely remarkable linearity, power, index, logarithm.
