割胶制度和凝固工艺对天然橡胶性能影响的研究

摘    要:主要研究了四种割胶制度和两种凝固工艺对天然橡胶硫化特性、力学等性能的影响。结果表明,采用乙酸凝固工艺,低刺激强度、高割胶频率对应的生胶具有较高的门尼粘度、良好的硫化特性和静态力学性能;采用微生物凝固工艺,低刺激强度、低割胶频率对应的生胶具有较好的硫化特性,低割胶频率和低刺激强度对应的生胶分别表现出较高的门尼粘度和较好的静态力学性能。采用相同的割制,微生物凝固对应的生胶具有较高的门尼粘度和较好的静态力学性能,但正硫化时间有所缩短,贮存模量(E’)有所降低,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)有所升高。

Abstract:The effects of tapping system and coagulation processes on the properties of natural rubber such as Mooney viscosities of raw rubber,the vulcanizing characterizations of compounds and mechanical properties of vulcanizates were investigated in this paper.The results indicate that the natural rubber from low stimulant intensity,high tapping frequency and acetylic acid coagulation process shows a high Mooney viscosity,good vulcanizing characterization and mechanical properties.For the biologically coagulated rubber,good vulcanizing characterization appears on those from the low stimulant intensity and tapping frequency,and the high Mooney viscosity and good mechanical properties appear on those from low tapping frequency and low stimulant intensity,respectively.The effects of coagulation processes on Mooney viscosities of raw rubber,the vulcanizing characterizations of compounds and mechanical properties of vulcanizates are even more significant.The rubber from biological coagulation process shows high Mooney viscosity,short optimum vulcanizing time,low storage modulus(E’),high glass transition temperature and good mechanical properties for vulcanizate.
