摘    要:针对中国大学生方程式汽车大赛规则,引入μC/OS-III实时操作系统,使用无线数传模块并开发了上位机监控软件,设计并实现了一种纯电动车的基于无线数据采集技术的整车控制系统。该系统由整车控制器、仪表控制器和无线数据采集系统组成。整车控制器负责采集加速踏板和制动踏板传感器信号,将从查表得到所需扭矩和刹车等信号发送给MCU,使MCU驱动电机;仪表控制器从CAN总线中获得BMS和MCU的数据并显示,采集传感器信号,并将得到的数据无线发送给上位机监测软件。自主开发出无线数据采集系统的监测软件,可以监控整车运行状态并诊断车辆的故障状况。

Design of Vehicle Control System Based on Wireless Data Acquisition Technology

Abstract:For the rules of Formula Student China competition,this system is designed to introduce theμC/OS-III embedded realtime operating system,use the wireless data transmission module and develop PC monitoring software independently.A complete vehicle control system based on wireless data acquisition technology for electric vehicles was designed and implemented.The system design consists of three parts:vehicle controller unit,instrument controller unit and wireless data acquisition system.The vehicle controller unit is responsible for collecting the accelerator pedal and brake pedal sensor signals,and send the required torque and brake signals from the look-up table to the motor controller so that the motor controller unit drives the motor.The instrument controller unit obtains the data of the BMS and MCU from the CAN bus and displays on the screen.The signals of the sensors are collected,and these obtained data is wirelessly transmitted to the computer for monitoring software.The system design develops the monitoring software of the wireless data acquisition system,which can monitor the running status of the vehicle and diagnose the fault condition of the vehicle.
