饲料添加剂茶多酚提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用相同的茶叶原料,对提取茶多酚的溶剂萃取法、离子沉淀法、树脂吸附法3种方法进行了对比试验。还研究出一套将离子沉淀法和吸附法相结合的新工艺,既避免了有毒溶剂的毒害和对环境的污染,又能获得质量较好、成本较低的茶多酚产品,适合于实验室或小批量生产茶多酚使用。

Abstract:The advantage and disadvantage of TP extraction methods among solvent extraction, ion sedimentation and resin adsorption were evaluated by using same tea material. And new technology of TP extraction were developed which combinating the advantage of sedimentation method and resin adsorption method .The new method had the characteristics of low pollution to environment, high TP quality and low cost.
