象草常规营养成分及总能含量分析

摘    要:对产于昆明东郊的象草春夏秋冬四季样品作常规营养成分和总能含量分析,结果显示:不同季节的样品中各营养成分及总能含量存在一定差异,春季样品粗蛋白11.52%,粗脂肪4.14%,粗纤维27.06%,粗灰分14.23%,无氮浸出物43.05%,总能16719J/g;夏季样品粗蛋白9.76%,粗脂肪3.23%,粗纤维30.07%,粗灰分10.15%,无氮浸出物46.79%。总能16735J/g;秋季样品粗蛋白10.66%,粗脂肪3.08%,粗纤维30.01%,粗灰分10.63%,无氮浸出物45.62%,总能16402J/g;冬季样品粗蛋白7.13%,粗脂肪1.11%,粗纤维40.55%,粗灰分9.04%,无氮浸出物35.44%,总能17238J/g.昆明产象草与重庆产象草相比,各种营养成分含量存在一定差异

Abstract:The routine nutritive components and gross energy contained in samples of Pennisetum purpureurn. gathered from east suburban area of Kunming City in the four seasons were determined. The results showed that there were differences in the nutrition and energy contents among the sample collected in different seasons. The contents of routine nutritive components in the samples gathered in the spring were as follows : 11.52% of crude protein, 4. 14% of ether extract, 27.06% of crude fiber, 14.23% of ash, 43.05% of N free extract, and 16 719 J/g of gross energy. The contents of routine nutritive components in the samples gathered in the summer were as follows: 9.76% of crude protein, 3.23% of ether extract, 30.07% of crude fiber, 10.15% of ash, 46.79% of N free extract, and 16 735 J/g of gross energy. The contents of routine nutritive components in the samples gathered in the autumn were as follows : 10.66% of crude protein, 3.08% of ether extract, 30.01% of crude fiber, 10.63% of ash, 45.62% of N free extract, and 16 402 J/g of gross energy. The contents of routine nutritive components in the samples gathered in the winter were as follows: 7.13% of crude protein, 1.11% of ether extract, 40. 55% of crude fiber, 9.04% of ash, 35.44% of N free extract, and 17 238 J/g of gross energy. Furthermore, the determination showed that there were also differences in contents of nutritive components between the samples simultaneously gathered from Kunming and Chongqing.
