摘    要:通过作水培营养液中不同磷量培植韭菜的实验,研究了在低磷胁迫下对一代杂交、791雪韭、甜脆791、久星2号4个韭菜品种植株的根角(基根与水平线的夹角)与根毛生长的影响。结果表明:(1)在低磷胁迫下不同韭菜品种植株根的生长角度存在着差异,低磷胁迫使韭菜植株的根生长角度变小。(2)不同韭菜品种植株根毛的数量亦受低磷胁迫的影响,实验数据显示在低磷胁迫下有利于韭菜植株根毛数量的增加。

Abstract:The effect of low phosphorus stress on root angle and the growth of root hairs of four varieties of Chinese chive was studied by adopting hydroponic method.The study results showed that under the low phosphorus stress,the growth angle of roots varied with the tested varieties,low phosphorus caused the growth angle of root small.The results also indicated that the number of root hairs was affected by low phosphorus stress,low phosphorus was benefit for increasing the number of root hairs.
