摘    要:目的]测定不同采收期、不同部位和不同炮制方法加工的栽培川续断中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量及其含量动态变化,探讨不同生长期、不同生长年限、不同炮制方法对川续断药材质量的影响。方法]以川续断皂苷Ⅵ为测定指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定川续断药材中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。结果]川续断药材以3年生花前期采收,经105℃杀青30min,80℃干燥加工的根中含量最高。结论]为续断GAP规范化种植的SOP制订和相关医药工业生产提供了试验数据,有利于续断资源的合理开发及可持续利用。

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to investigate the content of saponin Ⅵ in cultivated Dipsacu asperides in different harvest periods,different parts and different processing methods,and explore the influences of different growth period,different growing years and different processing methods on the quality of D. asperides. Method]With saponin Ⅵ in D. asperides as an indicator,the content of saponin Ⅵ in D. asperides materials was determined by using HPLC. Result]The content of saponin Ⅵ was highest in the root of three-year-old D. asperides materials,which was harvested in early florescence period and fixed for 30 min at 105 ℃,then dried at 80 ℃. Conclusion]It provides the experimental data for the development the SOP of GAP standardized planting of D. asperides and related production of the pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile,it is favorable for the rational development and sustainable use of D. asperides resources.
