沙棘雌株硬枝扦插育苗技术研究

摘    要:针对沙棘种子育苗雌雄株比例较低,扦插育苗成活率不高的问题,开展了4种插穗处理方法和2种育苗方式试验,结果表明:将插穗上剪口用接蜡速蘸全封处理,扦插时提前用GGR6号浸泡插穗基部12h后,搭建拱棚进行育苗效果最好,使插穗萌芽、展叶时间比大田育苗分别早9d和10d;苗木成活率达到86.7%,高生长量达到76.4cm,地径生长量达到0.65cm,比大田育苗分别高13.4%、20.9cm和0.14cm。该育苗技术不仅可显著提高育苗成活率,而且有利于培育良种壮苗。

Abstract:Aiming at the low proportion of male and female plants in Hippophae rhamnoides seedlings and the low survival rate of cuttings, four kinds of cuttings and two kinds of nursery methods were carried out.Result shows that the top part of cutting surface were treated by fast-dip & full-seal;soaking in base of cuttings with GGR6 for 12 h before propagation by cutting can obtain the optimal effect by building shed, which can make cuttings sprout;widening-leaves time is 9 & 10 days earlier than that of the field nursery;the survival rate, height growth & ground diameter of the seedlings is 86.7%, 76.4 cm & 0.65 cm, respectively, which is 13.4%, 20.9 cm & 0.14 cm higher than that of the field nursery.The nursery technology can not only significantly improve the survival rate of nursery, but also conducive to cultivating optimal seedling.
