8种宿根花卉干旱胁迫下的生理变化与抗旱性分析

摘    要:通过对重瓣金鸡菊、地被菊等8种常见的宿根花卉进行盆栽试验,对其进行连续16d的自然失水胁迫处理,研究了8种花卉在失水胁迫下植物的外部形态和叶片的相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量的变化情况,同时应用隶属函数值法对8种花卉的综合抗旱性进行评价,结果表明:在失水胁迫下,各品种体内各项指标差异显著,抗旱能力有明显差异,抗旱性能力由强至弱依次为重瓣金鸡菊地被菊堆心菊黑心菊肥皂草射干宿根福禄考飞燕草。重瓣金鸡菊和地被菊抗旱性较强,可在园林绿化中大力推广;福禄考和飞燕草叶片受害较重,在园林绿化应用中需要防止长期干旱的情况发生。

Abstract:Eight kinds of perennial flower,such as Coreopsis lanceolata 'Double Sunburst' and Chrysanthemum morifolium were conducted experiments in pots,continuous 16 days of natural water stress treatment on them were conducted.the change of external form,relative conductivity of blade,free proline content,soluble protein content,mlondialdehyde content and soluble sugar content of eight flowers under artificial water stress conditions were studied.At the same time subordinate function value method was applied to evaluate the comprehensive drought resistance of eight kinds of flowers,result shows that each indicator of each variety have significant difference under water stress;drought-resistant ability of them have obvious significance;the descending order of drought-resistant ability of 8 varieties is Coreopsis lanceolata 'Double Sunburst'>Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.>Heleniun bigelovii>Rudbeckia hirta L.>Saponaria officinalis Linn.>Belamcanda chinensis>Phlox panic-ulata>Consolida ajacis (L.) Schur.Coreopsis lanceolata 'Double Sunburst' and Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.are optimal than others in the drought-resistant experiment,which can be promoted in the botanical garden afforestation.Leaves of Phlox panic-ulata and Consolida ajacis (L.) Schur suffer heavy,which should be paid attention to in the landscaping to prevent drought.
