| 摘 要： | 干扰素(Interferon,IFN)是一类重要的抗病毒、抗肿瘤的治疗药物,它们具有抗病毒活性、激活自然杀伤细胞、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖及免疫调节等作用,其抗病毒活性最为公认。本文从干扰素的结构、生物活性及基因改造等方面对干扰素作了详细介绍。
