摘    要:为了提高三系不育系荃9311A的稻瘟病抗性,以含广谱稻瘟病抗性基因Pigm的水稻品种9311为供体,保持系荃9311B为受体和轮回亲本,通过分子标记辅助选择技术筛选抗性基因、剔除恢复基因和遗传背景筛选,在稻瘟病病区进行抗性鉴定,人工接种鉴定以及田间农艺性状考查,于BC2F2代获得有Pigm基因并剔除了恢复基因的改良株系,其后再与荃9311A杂交和连续回交,育成了农艺性状与荃9311A无显著差异而稻瘟病抗性明显增强的三系不育系K9311A及其保持系K9311B。

Abstract:To improve rice blast resistance of the CMS line Quan 9311 A,the rice variety 9311 containing the broadspectrum rice blast resistance gene Pigm was used as the donor,and the maintainer line Quan 9311 B was used as the recipient and recurrent parent.By using the molecular marker-assisted selection technology to select the resistance gene,eliminate the restoring genes and conduct genetic background screening,identifying the resistance in the fields of rice blast disease areas,identifying the blast resistance by artificial inoculation,and investigating the agronomic traits in the fields,the improved line carrying the resistance gene Pigm with restoring genes eliminated in the BC2 F2 generation was obtained.After that,the improved line was crossed to Quan 9311 A followed by successive backcrosses,and the CMS line K9311 A and its corresponding maintainer line K9311 B,which were similar to Quan 9311 A in agronomic traits and had a much stronger blast resistance than Quan 9311 A,were successfully developed.
