| 摘 要： | 界定了农村新型合作经济组织的内涵,分析了长春市农村新型合作经济组织的现状和发展过程中存在的法律地位不明确、思想认识不深刻、组织流于形式、内部管理不规范等问题,提出了加快立法、明确农村新型合作经济组织的法律地位、政府加大引导和扶持力度、建立和健全农村新型合作经济组织内部管理和运行机制等对策.

| Abstract: | The definition and explanation of new cooperative economic organizations is presented. The problems in the development of new cooperative economic organizations in rural Changchun, such as, no clear status in law, lack of deep understanding, formality of the organizations and lack of standard of in- ternal management are studied. Countermeasures, such as, speeding up legislation, establishing legal status, enhancing govermnent guidance and support, setting up and improving internal administrative and operational mechanism are out forward. |
