| Abstract: | Endosperm represents a renewable,biodegradable source of materials,information from the study of endosperm could provide a basis for developing more efficient approaches for plant improvement and use.We have chosen to summarize some of the research that has been done in maize,making note of comprehensive reviews and pointing out important questions that remain open to scientific inquiry. |
