| 摘 要： | 旨为制备兔抗类猪圆环病毒因子P1的特异性抗体,对其在病原学方面的应用进行研究.采用人工合成选定的表位肽,将其与载体蛋白KLH偶联后免疫新西兰大白兔制备抗P1多克隆抗体,通过免疫组化对该多抗与P1的反应性进行检测.获得了抗P1多克隆抗体；免疫组化结果显示抗体可与P1病毒蛋白出现特异性反应.偶联后的P1表位肽具有免疫原性,...
