摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法、索氏提取法和固相萃取法分别提取欧李果实中的香气成分,并利用GC-MS进行了定性和定量分析,分析比较了4种提取香气成分方法的差异.结果表明,上述4种方法分别可提取到18、22、21和75种香气成分,其中酯类、醇类、醛酮类、烯烃类、酸类和酚类物质是构成欧李果实香气成分的几大类主要物质.通过分析...
