摘    要:为探索小麦耐铜胁迫的生理机制,采用Hoagland营养液培养法研究了不同Cu2+浓度(0,10,20,50,70,100,150 mg/L Cu SO4)胁迫对小麦种子萌发、根芽生长、幼苗叶绿素含量及抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:随着Cu2+浓度的增加,小麦种子发芽率先升高后下降,根长、芽长逐渐降低,且抑制效应根早于芽。Cu2+浓度增加小麦幼苗叶绿素含量逐渐降低,光合作用受到抑制。Cu2+浓度50 mg/L、70 mg/L处理,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性增加显著,铜诱导的氧化胁迫得到一定缓解,丙二醛(MDA)含量相对较低。Cu2+浓度100 mg/L、150 mg/L处理过氧化物酶(POD)、CAT、SOD活性及MDA含量均明显升高,过量铜刺激保护酶系统,使幼苗细胞活性氧增加,引起膜质过氧化,阻碍小麦生长发育。

Effects of Copper Stress on Germination and Antioxidant System in Wheat Seedings
Abstract:To illuminate the physiological mechanisms of copper tolerance of wheat,Hoagland nutrient cul-ture method was adopted to study the effect of stress of different Cu2+concentrations(0,10,20,50,70,100,150 mg/L CuSO4) on seed germination,bud growth,seedling chlorophyll content and antioxidant system.The re-sults showed that with the increase of copper concentration, wheat seeds germination rate rose first and then dropped.Root length,shoot length were decreased,and the effect of inhibitory on root was earlier than on bud. With Copper concentration increaseing, the chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings decreased gradually, and photosynthesis was inhibited.The CAT and SOD activity of treatments(50,70 mg/L of CuSO4 ) were increased significantly,and the copper-induced oxidative stress was relieved,the content of MDA was relativly decreased. The CuSO4,POD,CAT,SOD activity and MDA levels in the treatments(100,150mg/L) were significantly in-creased.The protective enzyme system was stimulated by excess copper, and the ROS in seedlings was in-creased,and membranous peroxidation was caused,and the growth of wheat was hindered.
