| 摘 要： | 旨在研究饲粮中添加复方中药超微粉对鸡蛋胆固醇含量及肝apo A-I、apo B基因mRNA表达的影响。选300日龄崇仁麻鸡90羽,随机分成2个组,每组3个重复,每个重复15羽鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮上添加1%复方中药超微粉(TCM)。试验期60 d。(结果)结果表明:与对照组比较,试验组第30、60天鸡蛋胆固醇含量和血清甘油三脂(TG)水平显著下降(P0.05),肝载脂蛋白A-I(apo A-I)mRNA表达量显著上升(P0.05);试验组第60天肝脏载脂蛋白B(apo B)mRNA表达量和血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著上升(P0.05),血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)水平显著下降(P0.05)。结果显示:饲粮中添加TCM能够降低血脂水平和鸡蛋胆固醇含量,同时上调肝apo A-I、apo B基因mRNA表达量。

Effects of Ultra-fine Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound on Cholesterol Content of Egg and Expression of ApoA-I mRNA and ApoB mRNA in Liver of Laying Hens |

| Abstract: | ( Objective ) This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of ultra-fine traditional Chinese medicine compound( TCM) on cholesterol content of egg,expression of apoA-I mRNA and apoB mR-NA in liver.( Method) A total of 90 Chongren chicken aged 300 days were assigned to 2 groups in a completely randomized design.Each group consisted of three replicates with fifteen layers per replicate.The control group layers were fed with a basal diet,the layers in the experimental group were fed with the basal diet added with 1%TCM over a period of 60 days.( Result) Compared with the control group,serum TG levels and egg choles-terol content decreased( P<0.05),the expression of apoA-I mRNA in liver elevated(P<0.05) with TCM on the 30th day and 60th day.The expression of apoB mRNA and serum HDL-C levels increased ( P<0.05) with TCM,while serum TC,LDL-C levels decreased(P<0.05),compared with the control group on the 60th day. ( Conclusion) The result indicated that dietary supplementation with TCM could be used to reduce egg choles-terol content and the level of serum lipid and increase the expression of apoA-I and apoB mRNA in liver. |
