| 摘 要： | 介绍一种菊酯类农药增效剂胡椒基丁醚的气相色谱定量分析方法。采用OV-101石英毛细管色谱柱，以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物，用氢火焰离子化检测器对胡椒基丁醚进行气相色谱内标法定量分析。方法的平均回收率为99.78%，标准差为0.12,变异系数为0.12%，线性相关系数为0.999 8。

| Abstract: | a quantitative analysis method of piperonyl butoxide by capillary gas chromatography with FID detector on OV - 101 capillary column and using dibuty phthalate as internal standard was introduced. The results showed that average recovery, standard deviation, variation coefficient and linear coorrelation was 99.78% , 0.12, 0.12% and 0. 999 8 respectively. |
