基于SSR分子标记的节水抗旱稻品种真实性检测

摘    要:参照农业行业标准NY/T 1433-2014《水稻品种鉴定技术规程SSR标记法》,利用48对SSR分子标记对4份样品(HF73、HX73、HY118和HLY212)和1份杂交节水抗旱稻品种(旱优73)进行了DNA 指纹检测,通过带型比对分析,发现其中1份样品(HY118)与旱优73品种间存在1对差异引物,按照鉴定标准,判定为“近似品种”。结果表明利用SSR标记进行水稻品种真实性鉴定有利于提高市场监管效率,净化种子市场。

The Authenticity Identification of Water-saving and Drought-resistant Rice Variety by Using SSR Molecular Markers

Abstract:According to the agricultural industry standard NY/T 1433-2014 "Protocol for identification of rice varieties SSR method", a total of 48 pairs of SSR molecular markers were used in DNA fingerprint detection of 4 samples (HF73, HX73, HY118 and HLY212) and 1 hybrid water-saving and drought-resistant rice variety (Hanyou 73). After comparison analysis of the bands between samples, it was found that only one pair of primers differed between HY118 and Hanyou 73. We confirmed that it was an "approximate variety". The results show that the use of SSR markers to identify the authenticity of rice varieties is beneficial to improve the efficiency of market supervision and purify the seed market.
