摘    要:本研究用去壁低渗法对燕麦属Avena的四个种,进行了染色体倍性研究,並做了显微照相。结果表明Avena中的四个种A.nuda、A.magna、A.nudibrevis、A.strigosa,分别为六倍体、四倍体和二倍体。其中A.magna染色体数在国内还不曾有人认定过。目前对燕麦属的分类问题国内外仍有不同意见,但我们认为在Avena属中种的演化二倍体应是基础。在研究过程中、对如何才能得到分散度高的染色体图相,也做了方法上的探讨。

Abstract:The chromosomal ploidy of four spieces of arena was studied by hypotonic method and photographed under microscope. The investigation showed that A. unda, A.magna, A. nudibrevis and A. strigose are hexaploid, tetraploid and diploid respectively. The chromosome numbres of A.magna has never been reported in our country. There were different points of view on taxonomy of spieces in genus Arena, but in our opinion the diploid is the starting point in spieces evolution of genus Avena. In the process of research, the methods have also been studied about how to get the picture of chromosomes which have dispersing degree.
