| 摘 要： | 通过洗涤法对五味子种子进行表面带菌检测,发现种子表面带有大量的青霉菌;采用平皿培养的方法对种子内部真菌进行检测,发现种皮携带的真菌有青霉菌、曲霉菌;种胚所带真菌主要为青霉菌、镰刀菌、曲霉菌、链格孢、根足霉。对五味子幼苗茎基部携带的真菌分离培养,发现此部位多带镰刀菌、链格孢和其他真菌。

| Abstract: | The surface fungi of Schizandra chinensis seed were determined by means of washing.The result showed that there were a lot of Penicittium spp.on the surface.Seed-borne fungi inside were determined by means of perti-dish.It showed that Penicittium spp.and Aspergillus spp.were main seed capsule borne pathogens and the main fungi in embryo were Penicittium spp.,Fusarium spp.,Aspergillus spp.,Alternaria and Rhzopus.Then the carried fungi in seedling stalk of Schizandra chinensis were isolated.The result showed that this part borne were Fusarium spp.,Alternaria and other fungi. |
