摘    要:通过红心萝卜种子发芽试验表明核桃楸母树体内存在着生根抑制物质.枝皮内的生根抑制物质含量随母树年龄的增加而提高;生根抑制物质含量在高生长旺盛期枝皮内最低,在休眠期含量最高;平茬具有较强的生理复幼作用,根萌枝条皮内的生根抑制物质含量较低;插穗在扦插过程中皮内生根抑制物质含量逐渐降低.

Dynamic State of Rooting Inhibitor in Branches and Cuttings of Juglans mandshurica

Abstract:The rooting inhibitors in manchurian walnut( Juglans mandshurica )branches and cuttings were studied by sprouting experiment of radish seeds.Results showed that the contents of inhibitors in branches and cuttings increased with tree age.The contents of inhibitors were sharp decrease with decrease of tree age,and increase with weakening of elongation growth.It was the lowest in flourishing period of height growth,and the highest in dormant stage.Stumping whose root sprouts contend rather low inhibitors takes an important role in the physiological juvenilization for aged trees. The inhibitors in cuttings in cultivating were gradually decrease also.
