| 摘 要： | 对影响新疆甜高粱愈伤诱导及增殖过程的因素进行了研究。结果表明:出愈率及增殖量在品种间差异较小。通过比较两种外植体的出愈率和增殖量可知成熟胚优于种子。暗培养条件下诱导愈伤,最佳诱导愈伤培养基为MS 5 mg/L2,4-D 30 g/L蔗糖。光照条件下进行愈伤增殖培养,最佳愈伤增殖培养基为MS 2 mg/L 2,4-D 0.3 mg/L KT 30 g/L蔗糖。 |

| Abstract: | Influencing factors at inducing callus and proliferation of Xinjiang Sweet Sorghum have been studied.The results showed that there are some differences of inducing callus and proliferation among different varieties.The explant of mature embryo is better than seed at inducing callus and proliferation.The condition of inducing callus is dark,the optimal culture medium of callus induction is MS 5mg/L2,4-D 30g/L sucrose.The conditions of callus proliferation is illumination,the optimal culture medium of callus proliferation is MS 2mg/L2,4-D 0.3mg/LKT 30g/Lsucrose. |
