| 摘 要： | 针对矿产资源开发过程中出现的种种负面问题,引入了外部性理论,将矿产资源开发引起的外部成本分为5大类,分别是:资源、环境、生态、安全和人文景观外部成本,并构建相应的数学模型分析了每一种外部成本的构成。最后指出应当将这些成本分摊到企业产品的生产成本中,并发展循环经济来解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper the variety of negative problems arisen in the exploitation of mine resource were analyzed through the introduction of externalities theory,and the external cost into five sorts was compartmentalized:resource external cost,environment external cost,zoology external cost,security external cost and civil and sight external cost.Relevant mathematic models were constructed in this paper to anatomize the form of every external cost.It was pointed out that these expenses should be shared into the cost of products and the cycle economy to resolve these problems should be daveloped. |
