海杧果叶提取物对斜纹夜蛾毒杀和拒食活性初探

摘    要:采用冷浸法和超声波提取法对海杧果(Cerbera manghas L.)叶进行提取。测定了其对斜纹夜蛾[Spodoptera litura (Fabricius)]的毒杀和拒食活性。浸渍法试验结果表明,处理48 h后,乙酸乙酯萃取相对斜纹夜蛾的毒杀活性最高,LC50为1.277 3 mg/mL;采用叶碟法进行非选择性和选择性拒食活性测定,乙酸乙酯萃取相处理24 h后,拒食率分别为43.39%和42.55%。

Abstract:Poisonous and antifeedant activities of the leaves of Cerbera manghas to Spodoptera litura (Fabricius) were studied by means of soaking and ultrasonic extraction. The results showed that the poisonous activity of ethyl acetate against S. litura was the best, and the LC50 was 1.277 3 mg/mL after 48 hours by immersion method, while the antifeedant rates were 43.39% and 42.55%, respectively, after 24 hours by ethyl acetate by leaf disc tests.
