| 摘 要： | 为预防及控制农机安全事故,实现农机行业本质安全,针对农机行业特点,对农机安全文化内涵进行梳理.基于2007年-2011年全国统计数据,采用因子分析及多元线性回归模型探讨我国农机安全事故发生的影响因素.分析结果表明,农机手的不安全行为是农机安全事故发生的主要致因,安全培训可以显著减少农机事故发生次数.基于模型分析结果及5省（直辖市）调研数据,从行为科学角度,提出一种以个人、群体、组织相结合的农机安全文化建设模式.

| Abstract: | In order to prevent and control accidents and achieve safety of the agricultural machinery,aiming at the characteristics of the agricultural machinery,the connotation of safety culture on agricultural machinery was reviewed.Based on the national statistical data during 2007-2011,the influencing factors towards agricultural machinery accidents were discussed using factor analysis and multivariate linear regression models.The analysis results suggested that the unsafe behavior of agricultural machinery operators is the main influencing factor for the accidents and safety trainings can effectively reduce the accidents.Moreover,based on the regression outputs,a model with combination interests of individual,group and organization was put forward from the perspective of behavioral science. |
