青海省黑河上游水生生物的调查研究

摘    要:于2010年5月对青海省黑河上游水生生物进行了调查,共采集到浮游植物4门39种,其中硅藻门25种,占64.10%,绿藻门7种,占17.95%,蓝藻门6种,占15.39%,隐藻门1种,占2.56%;浮游植物数量为23.63 ~ 137.66万个/L,平均为91.30万个/L,生物量为0.1796~1.0841 mg/L,平均为0.7306mg/L.采集到浮游动物3类13种,其中原生动物5种,占38.46%,轮虫7种,占53.85%,桡足类1种,占7.69%;浮游动物数量为1.52~ 11.22个/L,平均为6.06个/L,生物量为0.0076~0.0957 mg/L,平均为0.0353 mg/L.采集到鱼类4种,黄河裸裂尻鱼Schizopygopsis pylzovi Kessler为新增补记录.物种丰富度指数(D)为0.5247,香农-纳威生物多样性指数(H)为0.7887,物种丰富度和生物多样性指数均偏低.

Abstract:An investigation on aquatic organisms was conducted in the upper stream of Heihe River in Qinghai Province,China,in May 2010.There were 39 phytoplankton species belonging to Bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta,Cyanophyta and Cryptophyta,including 25 diatoms,accounting for 64.10% of the total amount;7 green algae,accounting for 17.95%;and 6 blue green algae,account for 15.39%.The amount of the algae was varied from 236 300 ind./L to 1 376 600 ind./L with an average of 913 000 ind./L,while the biomass was arranged from 0.1796 mg/L to 1.0841 mg/L with an average of 0.7306 mg/L.There were 13 species zooplankton,including 5 species protozoan accounting for 38.64%,7 species rotifers accounting for 53.85% and 1 species copepod accounting for 7.69%.The amount of zooplankton was varied from 1.52 ind./L to 11.22 ind./L with an average of 6.06 ind./L,while the biomass was ranged from 0.0076 mg/L to 0.0957 mg/L with an average of 0.0353 mg/L.Four species of fishes were found,among which Schizopygopsis pylzovi Kessler was the new recorded species in this region.The Richness index(D) was found to be 0.5247,Shannon-Wiener index(H) 0.7887,indicating that both the Richness index(D) and Shannon-Wiener index(H) were lower than the biodiversity.
