固定化农药降解酶对受污染水体的净化作用

摘    要:以海藻酸钙固定化联苯菊酯降解酶液,比较了固定化酶与游离酶对联苯菊酯的降解作用效果。结果表明:理想条件下,固定化酶的活性相当于游离酶活性的75%。温度、pH值、Mg2+等条件的变化对固定化酶活性的影响较游离酶小;利用2 g固定化酶对受50 mg/L联苯菊酯污染水体进行处理,3 d后检测,水体中联苯菊酯的含量降低72%。

Abstract:Biphenthrin degrading-enzyme was immobilized by Caalginate.Degradation ability for biphenthrin was studied between immobilization enzyme and crude enzyme.The results showed that with optimal conditions,immobilized enzyme had 75% vigor of crude enzyme.Temperature,pH and Mg~(2+) had lower influence on immobilized enzyme than that on crude enzyme.After the polluted water with 50?mg/L biphenthrin was treated with 2 grams immobilized enzyme after 3 days Biphenthrin remained 14?mg/L in water.
