摘    要:香椿产业开发前景广阔,然而其不易贮藏的特性阻碍了香椿的产业化进程。主要介绍了香椿的各种保鲜加工方法,为以后更加深入进行香椿保鲜和加工研究提供依据。

Present Situation and Prospect of Fresh Maintaining and Processing Technology of Toona sinesis

Abstract:The prospect of Toona sinesis industry is very wide. However, its characteristics of difficult to storage have serious- ly hampered the process of the industrialization of Toona Sinesis. This paper introduces various methods to keep it fresh. The work can provide a basis for studing its fresh maintaining and processing in -depty.
