摘    要:目的]采用索氏提取和凝胶色谱净化技术,实现了土壤中六六六、滴滴涕8种异构体的气相色谱测定。方法]利用石油醚和丙酮对土壤进行索氏抽提后,旋转蒸发浓缩,进入全自动凝胶色谱净化系统净化后,用气相色谱外标法定量。结果]在此方法下,8种有机氯农药在5~100μg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.075~0.307μg/kg,加标回收率在90.7%~116.5%。结论]采用凝胶色谱净化-气相色谱法测定土壤中六六六和滴滴涕残留,精密度好,回收率高,检出限较低,能够满足土壤中该农残检测要求。

GC Determination of BHC and DDT Residues in Soil after Purification by Gel Permeation Chro- matography

Abstract:Objective] GC determination of residual amounts of 8 isomers or homologues of BHC and DDT in soil was a- chieved by separation with Gel permeation chromatography. Method ] Through to the soil Saxhlet extraction with petroleum e- ther and acetone, the extracting solution was concentrated with rotating evaporation, then the liquid was determinated by GC after purified by Gel permeation chromatography. Qualitative analysis was performed based on the retention time, and quanti- tative analysis was carried out by the external standard method. Result ] Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 8 pesticides were obtained in the same range of 5 to 100 μg/L, with their detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0. 075 - 0. 307μg/kg. Results of recovery test were found in the range from 90.7% to 116.5%. Conclusion ] This method is good in sensitive and precise, reproducibility and low detection limit, and can be used for the determina- tion of BHC and DDT residues in soil.
