| 摘 要： | 资源的有限性促使人类只有改变传统资源耗竭型经济增长方式,发展生态型资源循环利用的循环经济,走可持续发展之路。农业生产的特点决定其最适宜发展循环经济,如何将循环经济思想与农村建设有机结合是目前我国社会与经济发展所面临的重大理论和实践问题。理论分析表明,新农村建设最重要的是调整农业产业结构,进行清洁生产,建设产业一体化经营的农业循环经济。以北京密云西田各庄镇为例,诊断农村现有产业结构,提出发展生产、加工、销售绿色经营模式,并认为发展精准农业、三色农业、农业生态科技园是农村循环经济发展的重要举措。

| Abstract: | The mankind must change the traditional economic increasing mode of the resource exhausted of resource for the limited natural resources and develop the recycle economy to recycle environmental resources,which could take the road to sustainable development.The characteristic of agricultural production is most suitable for developing recycle economy,so how to integrate ideas of recycle economy with rural construction is a great theory and practice problem that society and economic development face at present in our county.Theory analysis indicated that the most important problems of new rural construction were adjusting agricultural industrial structures,carrying on clean production,and building agricultural recycle economy of integrative management system.Taking Xitiangezhuang Town of Miyun county in Beijing as an example,the paper diagnosed the industrial structure in the countryside and proposed the green management mode of production,processing,and sale.In conclusion,the paper put forward an important measure of rural cycle economy in economic development,such as developing precision agriculture,constructing three-color agriculture,and setting agriculture ecological Sci-tech garden. |
