秀优杂交稻与富士光光谱特性的比较研究

摘    要:本文研究了秀优杂交稻和富士光两个水稻品种的光谱特性。实验结果表明,这两个不同产量水平的水稻品种,其光谱特性具有明显差别。在含等量叶绿素的情况下,高产的秀优杂交稻比低产的富士光对光的吸收能力更大,前者的叶片具有更高的潜在光合作用量子转化效率;叶绿体的PSⅡ潜在活性和PSⅡ原初光能转化效率也高。与富士光相比,Mg~(2+)不仅能较大幅度地提高秀优杂交稻叶绿体上述两个光合作用参数,而且对它两个光系统之间的激发能分配也有较大的调节能力。

Abstract:The spectral characteristics of the leaves and chloroplasts from Xiuyou hybrid rice and Fushiguang were studied a comparative way. The experi- mental results showed there were significant differences in the spectral char- acteristics between high-yield Xiuyou hybrid rice and low-yield Fushiguang. The results of absorption spectrum and fourth derivative spectrum of ch- loroplasts show that xiuyou hybrid ricepossesses bigger capability for absor- ption of light than Fushiguang in the case of containing equal amount of ch- lorophyll. The results of fluorescence induction transients of leaves and chlo- roplasts indicate that Xiuyou hybrid rice possesses higher efficiency of poten- tial photosynthetic quantum conversion of a leaf and higher potential PS Ⅱ ac- tivity as well as efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of PS Ⅱ in chloroplasts than Fushiguang respectively. In the case of the addition of Mg~(2+), the differences in above-mentioned the two parameters of chloroplasts between Xiuyou hybrid rice and Fushiguang are even more significant. At the same time, the regulation capabilty of the excitation energy distribution be- tween PS Ⅱ and PS Ⅰ induced by Mg~(2+) in Xiuyou hybrid rice is bigger than in Fushiguang.
