摘    要:农业物料定向输送预处理技术是提高农产品加工自动化程度的重要手段,在农业物料进行加工之前进行姿态的固定,可以有效减少农产品加工过程的损伤率,提高农产品的加工效率。为此,分析国内农业物料定向输送预处理技术的研究进展,围绕对辊定向输送、振动定向输送、传动带定向输送等方法进行对比分析,阐明其定向机理及装备应用场合。通过对比分析可以看出当前我国农业物料定向预处理技术不够成熟,相关定向输送装置标准化程度低,适应性差,以及相关基础研究不足的问题。针对以上问题未来需要加强农产品物理特性研究,提高定向输送装置的适应性,同时采取多种定向输送预处理技术联合定向,提高农产品加工过程中定向的成功率。

Research progress of pretreatment technology for directional transportation of agricultural materials
Abstract:Agricultural materials directional transportation pretreatment technology is an important means to improve the degree of automation of agricultural product processing, and the fixed posture before the processing of agricultural materials can effectively reduce the damage rate of agricultural products processing and improve the processing efficiency of agricultural products. Therefore, the research progress of domestic agricultural material directional transportation pretreatment technology is analyzed, and the methods of directional conveying of rolls, vibration directional conveying and directional conveying of transmission belts are compared and analyzed to clarify their orientation mechanism and equipment applications. Through comparative analysis, it can be seen that the current directional pretreatment technology of agricultural materials in China is not mature enough, the standardization degree of related directional conveying devices is low, the adaptability is poor, and the relevant basic research is insufficient. In view of the above problems, the research on the physical characteristics of agricultural products should be strengthened in the future, the adaptability of the directional conveying device should be improved, and a variety of directional conveying pretreatment technologies should be adopted to improve the success rate of orientation in the processing of agricultural products.
