苯醚甲环唑亚急性经口暴露对大鼠卵巢功能的影响

摘    要:苯醚甲环唑应用广泛,在食用农产品中存在残留超标现象,并在不孕女性人群血清和卵泡液中有检出。为探究苯醚甲环唑亚急性经口暴露后对卵巢功能的影响,本研究采用酶联免疫分析方法,测定了分别灌胃给予50、100和200 mg/(kg bw·d)剂量的苯醚甲环唑玉米油溶液后,大鼠血清中孕酮(P)和雌二醇(E2)含量的变化,并在对大鼠卵巢进行苏木精-伊红(HE)染色后,通过光学显微镜观察统计了各级卵泡的数量。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑各剂量暴露组及对照组大鼠卵巢脏器系数均无显著性差异。200 mg/(kg bw·d)高剂量暴露组大鼠血清孕酮水平显著高于对照组(P <0.01),50和100 mg/(kg bw·d)剂量暴露组则与对照组无显著性差异,但均显著低于高剂量暴露组(P <0.05);各剂量暴露组及对照组之间血清雌二醇水平均无显著性差异。从卵泡的发育情况看,200 mg/(kg bw·d)高剂量暴露组生长卵泡的占比显著高于对照组(P <0.05),50和100 mg/(kg bw·d)剂量暴露组则与对照组无显著性差异。研究表明,200 mg/(kg bw·d)剂量的苯醚甲环唑亚急性经...

Effects of subacute oral exposure to difenoconazole on ovarian function in rats

Abstract:Difenoconazole is widely used and has been found to have excessive residues in edible agricultural products and has been detected in serum and follicular fluid of infertile women. To investigate the effects of subacute oral exposure to difenoconazole on ovarian function, the changes of progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) in rat serum were determined after gavage administration of 50, 100, and 200 mg/(kg bw ? d) of difenoconazole corn oil solution, and the number of follicles was counted by light microscopy after hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining of rat ovaries. The results showed that the ovarian organ coefficients of rats exposed to each dose group and the control group were not significantly different. Serum progesterone levels in rats exposed to 200 mg/(kg bw ? d) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01), while those exposed to 50 and 100 mg/(kg bw ? d) were not significantly different from the control group, but were significantly lower than those in the 200 mg/(kg bw ? d) exposure group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum estradiol levels between the exposed and control groups. In terms of follicle development, the percentage of growing follicles was significantly higher in the 200 mg/(kg bw ? d) exposed group than in the control group (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference in the 50 and 100 mg/(kg bw ? d) exposed groups compared to the control group. The research demonstrated that subacute oral exposure to difenoconazole at a dose of 200 mg/(kg bw ? d) resulted in certain adverse effects on rat ovaries, leading to increased serum progesterone levels and growth follicle ratios.
