水稻无盘抛秧剂对旱育秧苗的综合效应

摘    要:无盘抛秧剂包衣稻种进行旱地育苗是水稻无盘旱育抛秧方式的核心技术.本研究采用无盘抛秧剂包衣种子,分析无盘旱育秧苗与塑盘旱育秧苗、常规旱育秧苗生理机能的差异.结果表明:无盘抛秧剂包衣层具有吸水速度快、吸水量大的特点,能增加秧苗根部土壤含水量,并起到蓄水保水作用;与塑盘旱育秧苗和常规旱育秧苗相比,无盘旱育秧苗叶片的叶绿素含量增加11.2%~21.0%、光合速率增加5.0%~29.2%、植株伤流量增加32.3%~72.7%、植株相对含水率提高3.88~14.29个百分点、植株可溶性糖增加30.2%~49.8%、植株含氮量增加19.1%~39.4%、植株根SOD活性提高26.0%~47.6%、植株叶SOD活性提高23.3%~35.7%.无盘旱育秧苗素质明显提高,抛栽后发根早、发根多、立苗速度快,为本田期水稻健壮生长奠定了基础.

Abstract:Coating seeds with a certain seed coating developed in the Institute of Agricultural Sciences of the Lixiahe District of Jiangsu province is the key technology in cast-transplantation of no-plate dry-raised rice seedlings.In order to investigate the effect of seed coating on the growth of no-plate dry-raised rice seedling,the physiological characteristics of it as well as of other two types of rice seedlings,plastic plate dry-raised seedling without seed coating and conventional dry raised rice seedlings without seed coating,were compared.Due to the rapid and large water absorption of the seed coating agent,the soil water content around the root of the seedlings dry-raised from the seeds applied with seed coating agent was increased,as a result,the relative water content of the seedling was increased.Benefited from the seed coating and no-plate dry-raising,many of the physiological characteristics of rice seedlings,such as leaf chlorophyll content,leaf photosynthetic rate,plant bleeding intensity,soluble sugar,nitrogen content,and SOD activity in both root and leaf,were enhanced,by 11.2%-21.0%, 5.0%-29.2%,32.3%-72.7%,30.2%-49.8%,19.1%-39.4%,26.0%-47.6% and 23.3%-35.7%,respectively.The seedlings dry-raised from agent coated seeds without plate rooted earlier and faster than other two types,which might provide a solid foundation for the healthy and strong growth of rice seedlings in paddy fields.
