摘    要:通过细胞核快速染色鉴定及与日本生越明博士的标准丝核菌株配合测定,分离自河南省小麦,玉米,水稻,谷子和高染等作物纹枯病斑上的丝核菌株分属于双核丝核菌和多核丝核菌2大类,以多核丝核菌为主。其中小麦丝核菌株为双核丝核菌的AG-B(0)融合群,玉米和水稻丝核菌株均为多核丝核菌的AG-1-IA融合群,谷子和高梁丝核菌株分别为多核丝核菌的AG-1-IC融合群和AG-5融合群。大田人工接种试验结果表明,供试的5

Abstract:The strains of Rhizoctonia isolated from wheat, millet, corn, rice and sorghum in Henan were identificated according to whether their hypha could anastomose with that of the standard strains. The strain isolated from whaet belonged to binucleate Rhizoctonia AG-B(0). The strains isolated from both corn and rice belonged to Rhizoctonia solani AG-1-IA. The strain isolated from millet belonged to R. solani AG-1-IC. The strain isolated from sorghum belonged to R. solani AG-5. The results of artificial inoculation in the field showed that the five strains belonging to four AG could all infect wheat, corn, rice, millet and sorghum, and cause typical symptoms of sheach blight. The rate of infection all reached 100 per cent. The pathogenicity of strains belonging to different AG was different. The pathogenicity of strains belonging to the same AG was alike.
