发菜多糖清除自由基活性的研究

摘    要:目的]为发菜多糖的药物和食品开发提供科学依据。方法]采用分光光度法研究发菜多糖对自由基的清除作用。结果]发菜胞外多糖和荚膜多糖对DPPH自由基均具有一定的清除能力,当多糖加入量为312μg时,胞外多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率(12.8%)高于荚膜多糖(11.2%)。发菜胞外多糖对羟自由基的清除效果较明显,在试验浓度范围内荚膜多糖对羟自由基的最大清除率为37.7%。发菜胞外多糖和荚膜多糖对超氧自由基的清除效果均较明显,当多糖浓度为125μg/ml时,胞外多糖对超氧自由基的清除率(42.6%)略高于荚膜多糖(41.5%)。结论]发菜胞外多糖与荚膜多糖对DPPH自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基都有清除能力,且在一定浓度范围内,其清除效果与多糖浓度呈正相关。胞外多糖的作用效果强于荚膜多糖。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide scientific foundation for developing medicament and food from Nostoc flagelliforme polysaccharide. Method] The scavenging effects of N. flagelliforme polysaccharides on free radicals were studied by spectrophotometry. Result] The extracellular and capsular polysaccharides in N. flagelliforme had some scavenging ability on DPPH radical. When the addition of polysaccharides was 312 μg, the scavenging rate of extracellular polysaccharide (12.8%) on DPPH radical was higher than that of capsular polysaccharide (11.2%). The scavenging effect of extracellular polysaccharide in N. flagelliforme on hydroxyl radical was more significant and the maximum scavenging rate of capsular polysaccharide on hydroxyl radical was 37.7% in the experimental concn. range. The scavenging effects of extracellular and capsular polysaccharides in N. flagelliforme on superoxide radical were more significant and when the polysaccharide was 125 μg/ml, the scavenging rate of extracellular polysaccharide (42.6%) on superoxide radical was a little higher than that of capsular polysaccharide (41.5%). Conclusion] The extracellular and capsular polysaccharides in N. flagelliforme had scavenging abilities on DPPH, hydroxyl and superoxide anion radicals and in a certain concn. range, their scavenging effects showed positive correlation with polysaccharide concn. The effect of extracellular polysaccharide was stronger than that of capsular polysaccharide.
