内生枯草芽孢杆菌B215对香蕉弯孢霉叶斑病抑制作用初探

摘    要:采用对峙培养法和孢子悬滴法研究内生枯草芽孢杆菌菌株B215对香蕉弯孢霉叶斑病菌的控制作用,试验结果显示,菌株B215明显抑制香蕉弯孢霉叶斑病菌菌丝向四周均匀扩展,抑菌带宽度0.4cm,菌株滤液的EC50值为5.10%,表明内生枯草芽孢杆菌B215对香蕉弯孢霉叶斑病病原真菌具有很强的拮抗作用;而对菌株B215的抑菌谱测定结果显示,B215有广泛的抑菌谱,可产生广谱抗菌物质,生产中有望利用该菌株研制成生防制剂用于香蕉重要病害的防治。

Abstract:Antagonistic action of endophytic strain Bacillus subtilis B215 against curvularia leaf spot was tested by pairwise culture and conidial germination of plant pathogens.The results showed fermentation broth of B215 could significantly inhibit conidial germination of curvularia leaf spot and the inhibitive zones with 0.4 cm were formed,and their EC50 reached 5.10%.The results indicated that the endophytic strain Bacillus subtilis B215 had strong antagonistic action against curvularia leaf spot.The inhibitory spectrum of bacterium strain B215 showed that B215 had a broad antibiotic spectrum strain,which indicated that it could be used to produce biological control agents to prevent and control the main banana diseases.
