摘    要:甜瓜白粉病是危害我国甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)生产的主要病害之一。以抗病的7-2和感病的7-1、7-3杂交组合与分离群体进行了甜瓜抗白粉病连锁分子标记研究,建立了AFLP标记技术体系,找到了1个与甜瓜白粉病抗病基因紧密连锁的AFLP标记:M60/E25-520。

Abstract:Powdery mildew is one of the most destructive diseases in melon(Cucumis melo L.)production in China.In this experiment,we studied the AFLP marker linked to powdery mildew resistance in melon line 7-2 by BSA method.The hybrids and segregation populations derived from resistant line 7-2 and susceptible lines 7-1 and 7-3 were used for this study.We have established a highly stable and optimized AFLP protocol,and found M60/E25-520 marker was linked to one powdery mildew resistant gene of melon.
