摘    要:以“汕优63”为材料,用树脂切片法观察细胞结构,用光合、蒸腾分析系统测定叶片光合速率与蒸腾速率,研究旱育对秧苗结构、生理的影响,主要结果如下:(1)旱育使秧苗生长变得迟缓。(2)旱育使植株中淀粉含量增高。(3)旱秧栽后发根出蘖快,光合速率高

Abstract:The cell structure of Shanyou 63 was observed by emplying resin slicing approach and both the photosythetic and the transpirating rates of the leaf were measured with infrared gas caculator. In this way, the effect of dry cultivation on the structure and the phsiology of rice seedling was studied. The results were as follows. (1) Dry cultivation retarded the growth of rice seedling. (2) Dry cultivation increased the starch content of seedling. (3) After transplant, the seedling had a high photosythetic rate and grew roots and tillerings quickly.
