摘    要:选择45周龄的两栋共6000只海兰褐父母代,其中一栋设为试验组,另一栋设为对照组,每栋随机分为3个重复,每个重复1000只鸡。试验组在基础日粮中添加1.5g/kg复合微生态制剂,添加时间为23d,对照组饲喂基础日粮。结果表明:试验组粗蛋白、钙和磷消化率较对照组提高了10.37%(P0.01)、19.05%(P0.01)和7.80%(P0.05);每克盲肠内容物中大肠杆菌数量降低了37.51%(P0.01),乳酸杆菌提高了1.92%(P0.05);试验期末鸡舍内氨气浓度下降了2.01mg/kg(P0.05)。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of the compound microbial eclogical agents on NH3's concentration,nutrient digestibibity and intestinal flora of breeding layers. Two sheds 6 000 45-week-age breeding lays were randomly divided into two groups,each group was assigned 3 replications and 1 000 layers per replication. One sheds was control group feeding based diets and the other were fed 1.5 g/kg the compound microbial eclogical agents,last for 23 days. The results showed that adding the compound microbial eclogical agents the digestibilities of crude protein,Ca and P were increased 10.37%(P<0.01),19.05%(P<0.01) and 7.80%(P<0.05); the number of escherichia coli in ceca was descreased 37.51% (P<0.01) and the number of bifidobacteria was increased 1.92% (P < 0.05);at the end NH3's concentration was deduced 2.01 mg/kg (P<0.05) compared with control.
