牡丹沙培嫩茎段离体培养的初步研究

摘    要:以牡丹沙培嫩茎段为外植体,进行了离体培养的初步研究。结果表明:牡丹沙培嫩茎段诱导培养接种的最佳培养基为改良B5+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L,最佳的光照时数为16h/d;牡丹增殖培养时在基本培养中添加BA 1.5mg/L时增殖效果最好。

Abstract:With sand-cultured tender stem segments of Paeonia suffruticosa as explants,the preliminary culture in vitro was studied.The results showed that the induced culture section of Paeonia suffruticosa sand-cultured tender stem segments’ best medium for improved vaccination B5+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,the best light hours was 16 h/d;Paeonia suffruticosa proliferation in cultured basic training in the concentration of added BA 1.5 mg/L proliferation best.
