| 摘 要： | 以8a生大别山冬青为试材,研究了插穗年龄、扦插季节、扦插基质、生根激素种类及浓度对大别山冬青生根的影响。结果表明:适宜大别山冬青扦插的条件为1a生插穗、7月份扦插、泥炭土和珍珠岩(体积比1∶1)的混合基质、2 000mg/L的IBA处理;各因素对大别山冬青扦插生根均具有显著影响,其中,插穗年龄和扦插季节的各处理间生根率差异达极显著水平。

| Abstract: | Effects of the cuttingage,cutting seasons,kinds of substrate,the kinds and concentrations of rooting hormones on the rooting of Ilex dabieshanensis were studied.The results showed that the appropriate cutting factors were 1 year cuttings,cutting in July,mixing substrate of peat soil and pearlite,and IBA with the concentration of 2 000 mg/L.The cuttingage and cutting seasons were the main factors influencing the rooting rate of Ilex dabieshanensis. |
