| 摘 要： | 试验将从质粒pB110上克隆得到的Bt基因的片段,连接到高效的植物表达载体质粒pBI121上,此重组质粒经过限制性内切酶酶切分析和PCR鉴定,证明含有抗虫基因的植物表达重组质粒已构建成功。

| Abstract: | The sequence of Bt gene which was cloned from pB110 plasmid was connected to the high effec-tive plants expression vector pBI121 plasmid,through the identification of enzyme digestion and PCR,the results showed that the plant expression vectors containing insect resistance Bt gene had been constructed successfully. |
