摘    要:针对淮安四站采用站内多机组叶片全调节日优化运行数学模型,以日耗电费用最少为目标函数,应用试验选优方法进行计算分析,研究同一时段内水泵各机组在叶片安放角相同时的优化运行效益。结果表明,考虑峰谷电价、不同负荷工作时,淮安四站站内多机组叶片全调节优化运行与定角恒速运行相比,单位费用及机组累计开机时长降低,且负荷越小,节省幅度越显著;泵站运行时基本上是高电价对应于小叶片角、少开机台数,反之亦然;此外,提出了一套不同日均扬程及提水负荷下泵站叶片全调节优化运行预案,该成果可为日均扬程变幅较小的大型泵站站内多机组叶片全调节优化运行提供参考,同时也为淮安站-淮阴站站间优化运行提供研究基础。

Abstract:Taking use of experimental optimization method,this paper firstly takes No.4 Huai'an pumping station as a study case to study the optimization effects of pump units with the same blade angle operating in the same time period by using the mathematical model of optimal daily operation of multiple pump units with adjustable-blade for single pumping station.Taking minimal electricity consumption cost in one-day operation as the objective function,we make the calculations and get the following results: considering the peak-valley electricity prices,with the demand of different water quantity loads,the cost of water pumping at unit and the cumulative time length of all pump units with optimal operation of multiple pump units with adjustable-blade for No.4 Huai'an pumping station has a reduction compared with operation with fixed blade angle and constant speed.Especially,the less water quantity load corresponds to the more significant saving of cost and operation time length.The high price period corresponds to small blade angles of pump and less operation units and vice versa.Besides,this paper proposes a set of optimal operation preparedness for multiple pump units of pumping station with adjustable-blades under different daily average lifts and water quantity loads,which could offer references for the optimal operation of multiple pump units with adjustable-blade for large-scale pumping station with small daily average lift amplitude,and also make the study basis for the optimal operation of Huai'an-Huaiyin pumping stations.
