板栗座果及果实早期发育与内源激素质量分数的关系

摘    要:以‘遵玉’为试验材料,通过人工充分授粉、自然授粉和套袋不授粉,利用石蜡切片观察受精时期与胚发育过程,并探究不同授粉方式对板栗结实率、胚珠大小和果实早期发育子房内GA 3(赤霉素)、IAA(生长素)、ABA(脱落酸)、ZR(玉米素核苷)、IPA(异戊稀基腺苷)、IP(异戊烯基腺嘿呤)和(GA 3+IAA+CTKs(细胞分裂素))/ABA水平的影响。结果表明:授粉受精不良可导致结实率低,受精作用发生在授粉后16~17 d,授粉后21 d起可明显区分受精与未受精胚珠;授粉后27 d和授粉后33 d分别观察到球形胚和心形胚。受精子房在胚乳发育期(授粉后16~21 d)除ABA外的其他激素水平均显著增加,而未受精的变化较小或逐渐减少。充分和自然受精后IAA质量分数先增后减并在授粉后30 d达到最大值(分别为12.78、8.61μg·g^-1),而未受精的低于4.00μg·g^-1;充分授粉后GA 3和IPA质量分数均达到两个极大值;3种授粉方式的ABA质量分数先减少后增加。总之,板栗正常发育子房内的GA 3、IAA、CTKs质量分数显著高于败育子房,而ABA质量分数显著低于败育子房,其座果及果实早期发育与内源激素水平有关。

Abstract:With‘Zunyu’as the test material,we observed the anatomic structure to make clear the development of fertilization period and the process of embryonic development by paraffin sections,and studied the effect of different pollination methods(artificial full pollination,natural pollination and bagging non-pollination)on setting rate,ovule size and the level of GA 3(gibberellin),IAA(indole-3-acetic acid),ABA(abscisic acid),ZR(zeatin riboside),IPA(6-(2-Isopentenyl)adenosine),IP(6-(2-Isopentenyl)adenine)and(GA 3+IAA+CTKs(cytokinins))/ABA of ovaries in early fruit development of chestnut.Poor pollination and fertilization can lead to low setting rate,fertilization occurred in 16-17 d after pollination,fertilized and unfertilized ovule have been significantly distinguished since 21 d after pollination,then the spherical embryos and heart-shaped embryos were observed in the 27th day after pollination and 33th day after pollination,respectively.In endosperm development stage(16-21 d after pollination),the levels of other hormones except ABA in the unfertilized ovaried were significantly increased,while those of unfertilized ovaries were little or dropping off.After full fertilization and natural fertilization,IAA content climbed up and then declined and reached the maximum value(12.78 and 8.61μg·g^-1,respectively)in the 30th day after pollination,but it was lower than 4.00μg·g^-1 after non-fertilization.The concentration of GA 3 and IPA with full pollination both reached two maxima.The ABA content of three pollination methods decreased firstly and then increased.In brief,the concentration of GA 3,IAA and CTKs in normal developmental ovaries was significantly higher than that of infertile ovaries,while the ABA content was significantly lower than that of abortive ovaries,the level of endogenous hormones was related to fruit setting and early fruit development in chestnut.
