牡丹江地区芍药根中主要活性成分的研究与探讨

摘    要:以牡丹江西安区不同栽培年限的观赏芍药的根,以及同龄生的芍药根的不同径级为试验材料,对其根内几种主要活性成分的含量进行测定,得出芍药根中几种主要初级代谢产物和次生代谢产物的变化趋势。结果表明,不同苗龄栽培芍药根中芍药苷、总黄酮、三萜、多酚含量变化不大。芍药根中初级代谢产物中总糖含量较高,芍药根中总糖、脂肪、灰分的含量随着栽培年限的增长而逐渐增高;根中蛋白质的含量在不同苗龄间差别不大。同龄的芍药根总糖、脂肪、蛋白质、灰分4种营养成分的含量随着根茎变细总的趋势是逐渐减少的。

Abstract:In this paper,the roots of ornamental peony roots of different cultivation years in Xi'an District of Mudanjiang,and different diameter grades of peony roots of the same age are used as test materials.The contents of several main active ingredients in the roots were determined,and the change trends of several primary metabolites and secondary metabolites in the root of Paeonia lactiflora were obtained.The results showed that the contents of paeoniflorin,total flavonoids,triterpenes,and polyphenols in the roots of Paeonia lactiflora cultivated at different seedling ages did not change much.The content of total sugar in the primary metabolites in the root of Paeonia lactiflora is relatively high,and the content of total sugar,fat,and ash in the root of Paeonia lactiflora gradually increases with the growth of the cultivation years;the content of protein in the roots does not differ significantly between different seedling ages.The total sugar,fat,protein,and ash contents of the same ageing peony roots gradually decreased as the rhizomes became thinner.
